All parts manufactured by Connectronics are produced in our U.S. facility and are DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement)-compliant and ITAR-exempt. Along with guaranteeing production in a U.S. facility, we provide the following options for parts created for military programs:

• Connectronics offers compliance with the Berry Amendment, ensuring that production materials, including those made from “specialty metals” like stainless steel, are derived exclusively from American sources.
• Our electrical connectors and adapters can be produced to conform to military specifications such as MIL-STD-348, MIL-PRF-39012 or MIL-PRF-55339.
• Parts and components can be manufactured in various non-reflective finishes, such as olive drab and matte black nickel to comply with end-user needs in military applications.
• Many RF connector and adapter designs incorporate hermetic seals for high-performance air and space applications.
• As required by specifications, Connectronics will helium leak-test connectors to verify leak performance and provide accompanying certifications.
• NADCAP-certified plating is available to meet design requirements.
